Congratulations on your acceptance and choice to deposit here at ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõ University Maryland! Spring Welcome Weekend is for new student students who have decided to come to ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõ starting in the spring semester. The office of new student and family programs at ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõ works closely with new students to assist with the transition to ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõ.

If you are transferring to ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõ we understand that you have likely been through an orientation at your former institution, so this program is mainly to ease your transition to ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõ. The program is set up so that you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with other new students, current students, administrators, and faculty.

New students are expected to attend various sessions to assist in their transition to ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõ. When you made your deposit to ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõ, there was an orientation fee included, which fully covers the cost of these programs.
