Fitness
The primary goals are to enhance the lifelong fitness pursuits of the ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõ community. A variety of activities are available to all ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõ students, faculty, staff/administration, and alumni from weight training and group exercise to fitness assessments. There is time for fitness in everyone's life and Recreation and Wellness strives to provide great places to stay healthy and fit. We look forward to serving the ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõ community throughout the year.
