The Center for Coaching and Leadership is designed to be ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõ’s home for coaching, research, and professional learning. It provides a space for inquiry, reflection, and growth, while fostering collaboration among coaches, leaders, educators, and scholars.

The Center’s mission is to advance coaching and leadership as transformative practices that promote human development, organizational health, and the greater good. 

Vision

The Center’s vision is to create a third space, a vibrant ecosystem that bridges disciplines, divisions, and sectors inside and outside the university. This third space invites conversation, experimentation, and co-creation among diverse partners. It is where educators, researchers, practitioners, and organizational leaders come together to imagine and design innovative approaches to learning, leading, and thriving in complex systems.
